Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return your purchase after you have received it.
You must return the pen in the box it came with and with the extra refill included ( this goes for a ring as well ).
Refunds:
We will refund full money back of the purchase ( not including shipping ).
I however do not refund custom orders and deposits made for custom orders are nonrefundable.
Ring Life Time Warranty:
DON’T where your ring near Acetone, Chlorine, or any chemical that could eat away at the rings finish. Though, there is refinishing if the finish is eaten away or there’s a chip in the inlay, will be a free fix. Josh does have a life time warranty on these rings due to something done by customer, including something happening not based to the craftsmanship of the ring. Ex. Ring breaking, they are not indestructible. This may result in a small fee based on damage. Fee will be determined after damages have been looked over.
Shipping:
If you are sending back you will be responsible for the shipping back of the item.
On the occasion a package were to get lost in the mail. It is out of my hands once I give it to USPS. There is no refund on a lost package as that is out of my control.
